이 약관은 주식회사 이노렘(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 인공지능 기반 문진 정보 분석 보조 소프트웨어 InnoHeim(이노하임) 및 관련 웹 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관하여, 회사와 회원 사이의 권리·의무·책임과 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
이 약관은 [2026년 ○○월 ○○일]부터 시행합니다.
These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Innolem Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and its Members, and other necessary matters, regarding the use of InnoHeim, an AI-based software that supports the analysis of medical interview information, and its related web services (the "Service").
These Terms take effect on [Month DD, 2026].
주식회사 이노렘은 InnoHeim 회원가입과 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다.

귀하는 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의하지 않을 권리가 있습니다. 다만 위 항목은 회원가입과 서비스 제공에 필요한 정보이므로, 동의하지 않으면 회원가입을 할 수 없습니다.
Innolem Co., Ltd. collects and uses personal information as follows to register members and provide the InnoHeim service.

| Retention period | Until the member withdraws. Where applicable laws set a retention period, the information is kept for that period (for example, access logs of personal information processing systems are kept for at least 1 year under the Standards for Ensuring the Safety of Personal Information, or at least 2 years when sensitive information is processed). |
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, the items above are required for sign-up and for providing the service, so you cannot sign up without this consent.
